We hope this message finds you, your family, friends, and colleagues all well and safe. We are experiencing historic changes in the global environment, including dealing with a pandemic, a shock to the oil industry, and related volatility in the financial markets.
It is undeniable that the situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve rapidly. As a corporate citizen and a trusted steward for our clients, we continue to execute on our business contingency plans. We have been and are taking proactive measures focused on the wellbeing of our associates and on delivering on our promise to be there for our clients – especially at times like this when you need us most.
First and foremost, United Professional Advisors is fully functional, open for business and laser focused on serving our clients. We want to update you on the actions we, atUnited Professional Advisors, are taking to sustain that high-quality service as the situation unfolds.
Given the current environment, while our office remains open, we have directed all non-essential associates to work remotely. These arrangements, which are already in place, are part of our business contingency plans, and will help protect our remote associates and essential in-office staff by creating social distance. We will continue to meet the needs of our clients as effectively as possible under the circumstances, and are confident in our ability to maintain our high standards for client service and confidentiality.
You have placed your trust in us, and our people are working incredibly hard to deliver on our promise to be there for you during this challenging time. We are extremely proud of the dedication and professionalism our associates have demonstrated during this time.
We have access to the technology we need to serve you at the highest level. You can reach us during normal business hours, by email and by phone. Please call the same number. We will hold virtual meetings and will contact you with more details about that process. Your financial well-being remains our top priority.
Thank you for your partnership and, most importantly, stay safe and be well.
